Return & Exchange Policy – Colada
At Colada, we want you to have a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing a request.
Return & Exchange Request Timeline
Return or exchange requests must be placed within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Any request raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Pickup Timeline
Once your return or exchange request is approved, a pickup will be raised within the next 48 hours.
Pickup timelines may vary depending on courier availability and pincode serviceability.
Return Process
Once the product is picked up and received back at our warehouse, it will go through a quality check.
The return amount will be processed only after:
The product is received by Colada
The product passes the quality check
The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
The original tag and tag loop are intact
If the product fails the quality check, the return may be rejected and the product may be sent back to the customer.
Exchange Process
Exchange requests will also be processed only after the product is received back and successfully passes the quality check.
The exchanged product will be dispatched after approval, subject to product and size availability.
Tag & Product Condition
To be eligible for return or exchange:
The product must be unused
The product must be unwashed
The product must not be damaged
The original tag must not be removed
The tag loop must not be removed or broken
Products with removed tags, broken tag loops, stains, perfume smell, wash marks, or signs of use will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Charges
For every approved request, the following charges will apply:
Exchange Charge: ₹149
Return Charge: ₹199
These charges are applicable for reverse pickup, handling, and processing.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and passes the quality check.
Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or as per Colada’s refund process.
The final refund amount will be calculated after deducting the applicable return charge.
Important Note
Colada reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions.
